Mine are more toning based. I'm at a weight I want but like I told K, I'd like my skin to fit on me as opposed to looking like it was just thrown on to cover bones. :) I've gotten set up on Shape.com for a custom exercise plan basically. I need to be told what to do and when until I know what I'm doing. I'm not good at figuing it out myself and often feel I'm missing something.
*Stick to exercise plan and do it every day (except weekends)
*Slowly add in harder/more in depth things (currently doing walking and dance areobics for instance)...would like to switch over to yoga and pilates but will do it gradually.
*No more junk food! Cut out all that nasty sugar/candy crap (will work on Pepsi later ;) )
*Get back on track with eating healthy and regularly. No more gorging!
Ok there you have it. :) I'll add my stats to the side but only for curiosity. I don't plan on loosing any weight but it'll be interesting to see what happens as time goes by.
