And we're off! This is a place for us to hold ourselves accountable. So far there are three bloggers for this particular one..C and K (sisters) and B (a friend). We're uniting for a common goal....fit and toned bodies! :) This is a way to keep motivated and stay on track. Nothing like a bit of peer pressure to make you pick up the weights and put down the pound cake. :)
Okie dokie...here goes! These are the guidelines/rules/parameters/what have you. This isn't a competition or something intended to make us feel bad. It's motviation. Motivation to get our but in gear and away from the baked goods! ;)
*Everyone has to post at least once a week with their update.
*No negative talk about others goals/ideas/workouts etc.
*Only positive encouragment!
*Do not discuss any lapses in regards to diet. We're here for motivation...we don't want to hear about your cinnamon rolls topped with cream cheese frosting. Only talk about your healthy food/dietary choices and encourage others in that direction!
*Everyone must post monthly goals. These can be as detailed or as vauge as you would like.
*Please post an initial "get to know you" type post. Include whatever information you would like but post something!
So far that's it. If there are any suggestions feel free to post them. :)
