Well i did my first official work out today on the Wii. It says i am 201 lbs and i put as a monthly goal to loose 5 lbs. So a month from now i am hoping i loose that much or if not more. The Wii also tells you your age according to your fitness and weight and what not and according to the Wii I am 32 yrs old. LOL Man i need to work out a bit. Well just wanted to let you all know i started and plan to continue from now everyday at least ruynning 30 mina dn doing a 10 min session of hula hoops.

6 min Hula Hoops
25 min Running
