gbryndi's exercise plan

Ok for right now i am starting at 196(as of this morning) and my goal weight is to be at 150(would be happy with 145) but 150 seems so much more doable. Anyways my plan as of this morning and Dh said he going to help me alot cuz he knows how much it means to me to loose this weight after 3 Kids.

*Continue to eat healthy
*Walk(eventually run) at 5 am every morning

When we get the Wii set up and going i will be adding in some of those work outs and yoga. But Dh is a little busy right now to get it all hooked up. I would do it myself but Dh has it all set up a certain way(Mr. Electic guy, he's a premise tech for AT&T).

But that is my plan as of right now and will start at the walking tomorrow. Im actually really excited to get out in the mornings and walk by myself. It will give me time to think about life and my realtionship with my Dh and kids.

Ok i think thats all for now will post my stats later but i dont know where i want to get them to. And im kinda scared to see what my measurements are. LOL We'll see!!!!
