My goals

Okay my overall goals are:
*Loose 15lbs
*Loose body inches (posted on right)
*Yoga everyday, night, or afternoon. Whenever I can fit it in
*Pilates 3 times a week
*Some form of cardio to be determined later
*Regain lost flexibility
*Gain upper body strength and tone

I want in the end to be able to master these yoga poses:
